Tumbling Classes Ages 3-18
Tot Tumbling Age 3-5
Class will focus on basic coordination and flexibility to introduce the basic steps in learning tumbling. Students will learn rolls, bridges, handstands, and stretches.
Tumbling - BEGINNING Age 5-10
No prior tumbling experience is required. Tumblers will learn the proper technique and execution of forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs and the beginning techniques to backbend kick-over.
