Parent and Me Classes Ages 1-3
Mommy and Me Age 1-3
Mommy and Me is a class appropriate for boys/girls with their parent or caregiver. Dance movements and concepts using age appropriate themes & techniques are introduced. Focus is placed on fundamental movement skills to strengthen the students’ bodies & build their self-confidence. Students will learn body awareness, balance, bending/stretching, walking/ running and hopping/jumping.
Attire: Dance clothes or comfortable street clothes. No shoes needed.
