Yoga Class

This all-levels class is being offered by Inner Peace Yoga Center, a premier yoga center in Indianapolis. The class will help you to increase your flexibility and strength, challenge you, and aid in reducing stress.

Corps Barre is a series of exercises designed to strenghten and stretch every muscle group of the body.

Corps Barre merges some Pilates with Yoga postures as well as, use of the ballet barre. Small apparatus such as light weights and a round ball are used to challenge the body with intense isometric moves. You will have FUN AND SWEAT!!!
